eTitle made a 40 year old office building its new headquarters with the aspiration of creating a new image and integrating its long-held values of branding, innovation, sustainability, and support for its team members. The makeover features a park transformed from an obsolete retention pond, complete with landforms, gathering spaces, paths, benches, and a focal point gazebo structure. The employee entrance includes an exterior lounge with ornamental paving, seating, and art. Overall, the site was transformed from a mundane suburban property into a beautiful and exciting place, reflecting eTitle’s core values.
